A couple of weeks ago, I decided to get my first tattoo. I’ve wanted one for years, and although the design I had in mind isn’t the one I had originally planned to be my first, I’m so glad that I changed my mind.
Back in May I lost my Dad. He was a fun Texan with a heart of gold. A very proud and passionate Aircraft Engineer, and the best Dad a girl could ask for.
I wanted to give him a tribute I could keep with me, and whilst I’m not usually a fan of tribute tattoos (and he wasn’t a fan of any tattoos) but this just really felt right. I was browsing Facebook in early October, and came across this dainty design that I fell in love with instantly.
My appointment was made, and I was actually terrified. I had heard so many horror stories about the pain that I was close to tears when I went into TripleSix Studios, thankfully Dan was amazing and really helped to calm me down. I really can’t recommend him enough!
Anyway, enough of my rambling… here is the finished product!
I hope you enjoyed this post guys! I’ll catch you all in my next post…
