My GlossyBox – November 2017!

So I’ve had my GlossyBox a week or so now and I’ve been using the products as much as I can, so I give some rather honest opinions…

Okay, so here goes. The first item is a Contour/Powder Brush from Beauty UK Cosmestics. It is incredibly soft, and certainly dense enough to give a flawless finish, and works as an excellent buffing brush, I do prefer it for highlight over contour though.

The second item is the Candy Floss Moisturising Lip Balm from SportFX. This is a really weird product. I found it feels really waxy on the lips, but definitely does the job, and keeps my lips feeling lovely during this cold weather. I’m not sure I’d re-buy but I’m certainly glad to have it with the weather sneaking up on me.

The third item in this months box was Collection Cosmetics’ Define & Perfect Eyebrow Powder. This is possibly the weirdest product I’ve ever come across. It’s set up like a liquid liner, but it is a totally powder product. I just felt like it made no sense. It was not easy to use and i felt as though I was in constant need of more product and frequently re-dipping the wand.  I’m really glad I didn’t buy this product.

Next up is the Charcoal and Willow Bark Sheet Mask by Boots. I wouldn’t normally comment on a sheet mask after only one use, but I do actually love this so far. It’s highly likely that I’ll go and buy this again. It left my skin feeling lush, and so far, I haven’t noticed any breakouts either – WIN!

I’m  not normally bothered by body washes, and I’m not normally grateful for them in my beauty boxes, but I have to say the final item, GreenFrog Botanic’s Natural Bodywash in Relaxing Geranium and Peppermint is bloody lovely. It does smell like foot cream, which is not at all close to the gingerbread scents I normally reach for at this time of year, but it leaves my skin feeling soft, and hydrated. Although its the only item in this months box that isn’t full size, you certainly get plenty and I still have a lot after a weeks use… so I really cant complain.

Overall, I can’t really complain about this months box. There are a couple of products that my eyes have been opened up to, and so I’m certainly happy. My favourite is probably the face mask, although anyone that knows me, knows that I’m a sucker for a face mask.

Thank you for sticking around until the end. What do you think this month? Worth it?
